Property manager, PerryJane, sister-in-law and their kids were the best hosts.

First, I must say that the property manager, PerryJane and her extended family were the best hosts. Very friendly, very helpful with suggestions for restaurants (Pacifico was our favorite), tours (Calamian Islands was our favorite), transportation, food shopping, Mt. Tapyas, New Year's Eve events, everything. Every day we had many questions and Perry never disappointed. She is a real sweetheart. The apartment was two floors, we had #4 at the end (only 4 apartments here) with good AC on both floors. Beds were comfy, everything clean, 2 bathrooms and 1 shower downstairs always having hot water. Kitchen was well-appointed, fridge was definitely bigger than we needed for 1 week. Double balcony was nice but other than view of distant islands you get metal roofs next door, but still a pleasant view in my eyes. The neighborhood was great for us as it was 10 minutes to Mt. Tapyas stairs, 3 minutes to San Agustine Church and the main road but quiet compared to some other areas. Would love to go back. Love Perry's girls, the Princess and the Queen, love the layout, love all her help and smiles.

Did not ask Perry but there were 2 table lamps, on each floor, that did not appear to have an outlet nearby. That was kind of weird. The clothesline on the double balcony was pretty short for such a long wraparound balcony though the pegs worked quite well. i did not mention to her but the plug for the TV was a pain. Sometimes it did not go on, sometimes it went on then off and sometimes you need to squeeze the tape on the cord which may or may not help. And sometimes it worked the first time. CNN and some other channels were very good. But a list of the channels, 30+ maybe, would have been helpful.

Noisy at night with the wildlife but its everywhere on the island really. Cant avoid it in Coron :)

Everything was just perfect. Highly recommended!

Mrs. Perry is very kind and helpful. Super clean everywhere; new and very comfortable mattresses in the bed. Well-distributed two-story apartment (toilet available upstairs and downstairs as well). Large refrigerator, microwave, and other kitchen appliances available. Well-kept and well-maintained garden and plants. Staff are ready to help you even with your extra requests. There is also an affordable laundry service. Breakfast is a typical tasty Filipino à la carte menu with 6 options. Apartment is about 3 minutes from the main road (by walk) at a suitable distance from the noise of the city. Yes, there is a rooster and a dog next door, which is completely natural in a rural environment in PH and which is not disturbing at all (especially if you are not coming from a big city). Regardless, earplugs are available in the room for travelers with more sensitive ears. Wi-fi is available throughout the apartment, but the best signal strength is at the reception and in the courtyard. Unfortunately the signal in room #4 is weak and cannot be used properly. Having your own local SIM card is recommended which is available in the nearby area for 200 PHP, including data top-up. Do not buy it at the airport for 1000–1200 PHP! Overall summary: HAISA apartment is perfect for travelers who are looking for a quality accommodation. We can confirm that the 9.3 rating is correct.

Wi-Fi signal could be improved in suite #4. But that’s all. :)

Apartment was large, AC in upstairs bedroom, 2 bathrooms, very helpful staff who went out of their way when we had to catch the early morning ferry. Breakfast was good and served early. Hot and cold drinking water provided. Garden was pretty and clean and area felt safe

Downstairs living area could benefit from AC and more natural lighting. Upstairs AC is loud.

Excellent staff and good location, beds are confy.

Staff are very accommodating and friendly, bonus is the property is very close to town proper, usually we walk to get there as it’s only 2-3 minutes walk.

Family vacation

Beautiful apartment located in a fairly central place, very quiet. We had to check out at 4.30 in the morning and the very helpful lady made us find a packed breakfast. Everything perfect, especially in cleaning. I absolutely recommend March 2023

Best Affordable place to stay in Coron

the staff were the friendliest of all the stays ive been in the world actually. they're just very easy to talk to , like a family, and the apartment is huge and homey. they clean it everyday , ventilation is good and well lit, there's a terrace facing the mountains and lush greens, just a 5min or less walk to the pubs and restaurants, they arrange tours for you. i will come back here without a doubt

Super sulit! The place is homey. The staff are also very helpful in sourcing motor rentals. They have contacts for other tours also. The place is clean and the aircon is okay. They have a balcony where you can star gaze or hang your clothes to dry. The breakfast is enough to power your day. They are not matipid in coffee and tea. The neighbourhood is quiet, and you can get a restful night. You can walk a few meters to get a tricycle. It is very close to the Church and Mt. Tapyas. The internet is decent. The place is also complete--they have a fridge, dining area, mini living room, kitchen, microwave, and many more. I never regret this booking! ???? Thank you, Haisa Apartment! You're the best!????

The unit has only one shower, which is on the ground floor. I wish you could shower too on the 2nd floor, but the space is too small na so there's only the toilet there. They are not very responsive in their social media accounts but will reply when you text/call their mobile number.

The rooms where very spacious with air-conditioning, arrival and departure was very smooth, communication was good, staff was very nice.

There could be more space for personal stuff + I would appreciate at least 1 vegan breakfast option but it was not a big deal.:)
